Beau Jardin is a wonderful place to live with great staff that are always willing to help!
I lived there for almost one year. Everything went well before move-out. There are many unreasonable ways to charge residents. Read the lease carefully before you sign it (wired size paper).

It has one of the best management in Greater Lafayette area. Very quick response to all the maintenance requests. The place itself is very quiet, green, and relatively, very cheap. I would highly recommend staying here.
Very nice and peaceful place to live. Office & Maintenance Staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate my requested needs. I would highly recommend making Beau Jardin your new home.
