Patio work was ok, but clean-up and customer service was very disappointing. Update as of 8/19, someone came by to clean up all the mud and removed much of the concrete off the retaining wall. My husband and I appreciate them coming back to clean up. We are really enjoying our patio.

Very pleased with the work by Beaty Home Improvements. John built and stained a beautiful new set of stair railing and handrails. John was professional, timely, and let my house clean upon completion.
