Service dept doesn't know what they're doing, or they are dishonest. After a misdiagnosis on my '20 Silverado that cost me $1,500 (and wouldn't even consider a partial refund), the service manager said I needed a new transmission, which they priced around $7,000. After getting it properly repaired (turns out it needed a new torque converter), the mechanic said the transmission still has a lot of good life left in it. The whole experience taught me that Beaty cannot be trusted with our vehicle service needs.
Worse service department. My third trip for warranty service. Never a call back when parts arrived. I had to call and check after weeks. Wrong part ordered when arrived for service so had to reorder promised to call when part arrived. Still to date no call and that’s been two months.
