Shoutout to these folks! I called Thursday morning (4 days ago) with LOTS of questions about some parts we needed for the Kubota. Kortney in Parts was super helpful, answered all my questions, and the parts arrived TODAY! But here's the kicker- their credit card machine was down until this morning... She still made sure our parts arrived here in the timeframe she promised. We received our parts in the mail before we were even charged for them. Now THAT is customer service!!!
Beatty's could improve by being good employers and dealing fairly with their customers. They don't do either.
They corrected a problem that was overlooked and we couldn't ask for better service. Very polite and easy to work with for all over mower needs
Great group of people, blew a tire on my camper and stopped by for air on the spare and they helped me locate a new spare and mounted it so I could get safely on my way! That’s awesome customer service!!
