Cannot recommend. Put in a bridge in upper right. Bridge had jagged edges (to fit gum) but glued in with temporary cement instead of permanent. It fell out and, if it had been while asleep and if I'd swallowed it I might have had to have abdominal surgery to get it out. Also recommended an implant taken out where the gum was irritated and I had a dental surgeon remove it (another surgeon said leave it in and keep anti bacterial rinse on it) even though it was fairly well seated. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!
Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back.
I have been going to Dr. Beattie since he took over for Dr. Laboe. He has never been anything but professional, friendly and courteous. His staff is the same way. They are all wonderful in my opinion.
They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office I wish they were a full delta provider so I wouldn't have to pay as much.
