I am very offended at the response that management gave to one of our patients receiving care. I understand that most of the patients and all of the staff are Hispanic however to ask our patient's family member to teach the patient Spanish to accommodate the nursing staff assigned to her is wildly inappropriate. In my opinion, all home health agencies should be minimally bilingual and for best care/results, tri and quadri-lingual.
The personal is very attentive to my mother’s needs. I’m very happy with the care that she receives. Thank you for the service
