Celebrated my birthday with 6 of my high school classmates (60+). The staff was friendly, the venue was clean and the food & desserts were excellent! We were all first timers but all agreed we will be back! Cauliflower grits were the BOMB!
Loved everything about this place: warm, welcoming greeting; friendly and attentive service; and each of our (party of 8's) meals was outstanding! All in a hip and vibrant atmosphere. This will definitely be our go-to brunch place whenever we're in the city!
Breakfast Monday. After doing dinner at Next Restaurant Sunday night, TFL, we decided to see what was available for breakfast. Beatrix came up for eclectic morning chow! Could not believe how nice and relaxing it is. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Tinga (?). Service quick, friendly and the dish was tasty and slightly spicy. Small corn tortillas accompanied the dish. Found the bottom of the serving bowl quite quickly. Next time in CHI, we will remember to try here again.
