Service was attentive, the ambiance is cozy and inviting, yet modern. Acoustics were great which is a major plus for me and they had good music (eg Jack Johnson, Maggie Rogers). Most importantly the dishes were inventive and well-executed and the food came out really quickly and was cooked to perfection. My only lament is that I don’t live nearby to visit all the time. I highly recommended the steak chimichurri & eggs and I had the best cappuccino I’ve had in a while..maybe ever?
The food and service was exceptional. Too full to try out any of the desserts, but they were definately a treat for the eyes.

My husband and I visited Chicago for the weekend. We ate at several very nice restaurants. The Signature room, Ralph Lauren, The Elephant Castle, and The Wit. Beatrix was by far our favorite! Each dish that was ordered at our table was made to perfection and full of unique, delicious flavors.
