Do not buy a car from this place. My daughter went there for her first car horrible experience, Car had issues from day 1 you can never get a hold of anyone their number and site list them as permanently closed. There was a ticking noise we couldn't get anyone to look at issue. Car is a 2017 with 76k miles had 87 days now engine is blown. This car was sold with this issue and I'm filing legal action against them. Im required to give a star but id give them a negative rating if possible.

So We had an appointment at their Nashua location, apparently it’s a tiny container office where they do all of their business temporarily, There’s 1 sales guy running back and forth from the container to the warehouse, so we waited a long time while he ran back and forth, So we started the paperwork for a car we wanted and apparently it needed parts it can pass inspection, a few days go by with no contact. Sent my daughter there and was a higher mistake This place is ridiculous they up there prices without you being aware they lie about everything.the sales guy Joseph was all nice to her doing the deal and then when it was time to pick up the car she was told about the Interest rate being higher then what was Originally said to being told one thing and get there and something totally different.Thank the Good lord she walked away from these SCAMMERS.I am gonna say please don’t waste your time with these idiots .. I am trying to get ahold of Rafael's brother Bryan?? My son purchased a vehicle from him 2 weeks ago, and we just want to fix a safety issue! He spent all his earnings to buy this vehicle and he can't put it on the road because he can't get a sticker? Please do the right thing and call or message Mikey! You know our name and number! We will give him to Monday to notify us. Then we will be going to Lawrence District Court to start paperwork!! Last chance we tried leaving messages but everything was deleted???

This truly is a special dealership .Financing great,CAR l just bought great I say through experience with other dealerships offering same model in lesser condition Beato takes care of the cars they sell but the customers as well professional, always courteous, pay attention to what you say and do what you would expect from a Car stand point.
