I’m so excited to work with Paul and his team. He’s extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve only had my initial visit, but I feel more confident than I have about any other provider that I’ve had in the last five years.
Overall I was pleased with the provider and the care received until this point but the office staff has very poor communication. Picking up medicine is hit or miss. They tell you the hours they are open for you to come in and pick up medication any time. Even after calling ahead 2 times I made an hour drive to pick it up the first time was on a Tuesday at 4:30 and was told the pharmacy is closed. Even though I was told they are open until 5.
