I have to say, what a lovely office this is! From the cleanliness to the decor to the outstanding customer service and warmness of the staff, I would give 10 stars if I could! Dr. Nick has such a positive and genuine vibe! Absolutely loved him and his 2 assistants and receptionist! They ALL made me feel so cared for and so valued as a new patient! Today I took my daughter to the see Dr. Bottaro as an emergency. I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful, professional, caring, knowledgeable etc, etc etc Dr Bottaro is. Also, his team is amazing ! Danielle, his front desk girl is great! Very helpful, caring and accommodating ! If I can give this office a 100 starts (instead of 5) I will do it☺️☺️
Dr. Bottaro and staff went way and above to help calm my nerves and were absolutely wonderful and professional ; as I went in to Laser post opp cataract surgery , I will be going back for my checkups !! Highly recommend!
This practice deserves greater than a 5-Star review. My optometrist referred me to an ophthalmologist and I was fortunate enough to be seen by Dr. Bottaro and his team. Using state of the art equipment, I was meticulously diagnosed, educated, and quickly treated. Everyone there is patient and kind and I did not feel rushed through any of my appointments. All of my questions were thoroughly answered. I highly recommend Dr. Bottaro and the team at Beatific Vision without question and am publicly thanking them for helping me!
