For YEARS I’ve been in a vicious cycle of gym memberships I pay for and NEVER use… you know I’m not the only one. And I finally realised and accepted that’s not the environment for me. From the first moment I met Jenna, I was in awe of her energy and passion. Despite being shy, I absolutely love taking part in the "dancing in the dark" sessions and I have also had PT with Jenna which I will do again soon. I love the "no judgement" and supportive feel of Beatfreakz Fit and would recommend to everyone to try it!!
The Year 3-4 girls enjoyed Jenna's energy, passion and music choices for aerobics and dance. It was a fun way to introduce aerobics as a start to our new unit in HPE.
