I’m not much of a cyclist as I just ride for cross training, but I took my bike in for its first tune-up in over 10 years. Their turnaround time was the quickest I could find and the bike runs like it’s brand new now. When I went to pick it up, they were very busy and it was extremely hot. However they were super helpful and friendly to all customers. I will definitely be back.

I purchased a bike from them about a month ago, a problem developed with the pedal, sprocket assembly this week. I took the bike in and sorry I forgot both of their names but Ryan took a look at it and fixed it with out a problem. After dealing with some other people that would of made a fix difficult, their customer was amazing. Thank you. Outstanding job Gentlemen.
Beat Cycles has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went to the shop on a recommendation from a friend and bought my first “real” bike. They give you your first tuneup for free and do all repairs in house with quick turnaround times.
Finally got Joseph a bike after he was tagged by a car in November. Thanks to Timmy Burns for the intro and Ryan for the excellent service and both for the joy of seeing my son on his new bike! I’ll share a picture when he wakes up.. I mean, it is only 1:30 in the afternoon...teenagers! 😡😂👍🏼👍🏼
Outstanding shop and employees! I work at another shop, but love stopping by to chat with Ryan and Mike about bikes, tools and gear. They are very knowledgeable and truly care about their customers and the cycling community as a whole.
