We were visiting from Nebraska and HAD to hit up this place before leaving. So glad we did, it was amazing! The staff were very friendly, and the baked goods are delicious. I highly recommend the chocolate walnut donut! Yum!
AMAZING baked goods. I'm from NYC and this place is better than many of the vegan bakeries in Manhattan.
We are visiting Denver and have been to Beet Box 3 times in 2 days. We sampled a beet brownie, a caramel chai muffin, a kale garlic tart, a mushroom tart, a vanilla almond donut, a latte, and a lemonade. All the food was fresh and delicious. My favorite was the caramel chai muffin. The flavor is amazing and the texture perfect. Neither of us is vegan and we loved it.
