Came in for a disappointing visit. Sent multiple pictures & even a video of my picced out hair to anticipate my appointment. Was supposed to get coil twists as I had five months of hair growth. My issue with LaQua is getting me to come all the way to the shop, completing a wash and blow-dry, ultimately to not finish the job. I have known Bea (the owner) for 16 plus years. Her professionalism and kind demeanor is very much appreciated. She has stylists who specialize in services such as locs, braids, weaves, etc. I have had services such as eyebrow shaping, waxing, silk presses, rinses and hair dyeing. I've never left in tears as I have from other salons in the past. I have always left happy. She has and/or will be adding new services focusing long-wear lashes and brow tinting.
