A big lovely secret in Manhattan Beach. But now it's time to share it. If you want to get in shape, join. You are accountable and will learn to love working out. It's not soft and fluffy. It is hard core exercise. But that's what is necessary to get results. You will get strong. Just decide and come in.

Love this gym!!! All the trainers are so motivating and fun!! The classes are very challenging...but you leave class feeling like a rock star;)))!!!!!

BEASTIE gym is the place to be if you want a challenge, drip in sweat & have fun with awesome trainers! :) The talented trainers at the gym are always motivating us to push ourselves, to keep going just a bit longer in order to see results! They're always there if you need any nutritional advice, as it is important to incorporate that with an exercise regimen. I really love the atmosphere of this gym, everybody motivates each other & we're like a family. I do love a challenge, there's a variety of classes at the gym, such as boxing, kickboxing, dance, HIIT classes, yoga. Anyone is welcome, doesnt matter whether you're a beginner or an athlete, you'll work towards the same goal, improving the mind and body!:)

Beastie 24-7 has it all- a great variety of classes and trainers. You can go to other gyms, but you will NEVER find trainers like this. Not only do they talk the talk- oh yeah, they do. But they also walk the walk. I have never met people this dedicated to working out, living clean and staying positive- especially when chips are down. All this and it's fun!!! Why go anywhere else? If you do, you are missing out.- Sarah m.
