Nice small gym, that has coaches that push you, and has lots of different class times.
Started coming in January 2018, and since then I have lost 32 pounds and 17 inches all together. Each class is different, and I have learned that I can do things that I never knew where possible with my body. Every instructor is amazing, and will push you to your limit. If you have limitations due to past injuries, they will modify the workout to what will be suitable for those occasions.
