Did the six week challenge coach Tony said I would see results in 4-6 weeks actually saw results in about the second week dropped like 2 belt sizes within the 2 weeks also he was very helpful and well informed with any questions I had also very accessible thanks coach Tony

The coaches and the workouts are excellent, they really put a lot on enthusiasm to the classes and also help you achieve your goals while still challenging you.

I was in town for 2 weeks and had a great time at this gym. Not pretentious, but still had challenging workouts. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. FYI Rey won't let you sandbag!
Very much worth every penny. My husband and I did the 6 week challenge, we got such guest results not that we've decided to continue our fitness journey with the BFC. In just 6 weeks I was able to lose 3% body fat, and go down 1 pant size. Thanks to the amazing coaches and members I've found myself doing workout I never thought I'd ever be able to accomplish.
