I did have to wait at least 45mins after my cleaning for the dentist to come in and check my teeth. I do understand that there are instances where I would have to wait and it really didn't bother me, I just would not like to have to wait that long again to have him look at my teeth for 5 mins.
Today was my first visit to meet Britt, she is A+
All personnel are great. I had a great experience during my dental visit.
my friends and family say you are more expensive than other local dentist. I have not investigated these comments. I want to say where I feel I get the best care.
The front desk ladies, very nice and helpful. Brittny, the dental assistant, was very nice and did a very good job. I was really pleased with Dr. Beasley and the office and his equipment was very nice and up to date.
The girl in the second room to the right is not friendly at all. I don't know her name. She never introduces herself and needs to work on her people skills. She should act more like the girl in the first room to the right. Other than her attitude, everything would be perfect. So instead of 5 stars, I give 4.
Everyone was wonderful. I was a pretty nervous when I got there but that passed after meeting with everyone and seeing that you all really did care.
The staff was extremely nice. I just hate going to the dentist and don't want to spend the money to fix my jacked up teeth !!!
I finally like going to the dentist after all these years.
