My experience at Bea’s Jewelers in Rochester was truly awful, and honestly one of the most uncomfortable interactions I’ve ever had with a business. I walked in with a simple question, expecting normal customer service. Instead, the owner immediately judged me the moment she looked at me. She talked down to me, acted irritated that I even walked in, and made it painfully clear she assumed I couldn’t afford what I was asking about. I feel I was ripped off I had to sell my gold chain to get my kids Christmas gifts, she only gave me 250$ then after the deal was done I asked how much she'd sell me it back for, she says 1,600$, even the woman working at the front counter was sickend at what had happened, like I get you got to make a profit, but Jesus
5/5 Wow — Bea’s truly exceeded every expectation! I originally went in for a new wedding band because my set hadn’t fit me in about 4 years due to a major weight loss. When I spoke with Bea, she let me know they could take a look and quote a resize/repair on my original rings as well. I’m so glad I brought it in! It needed a lot of work! The repair list barely fit on the receipt! so I wasn’t sure if it was even fixable.
