If i could, i wouldn't even give them 1 star. I walked in with a ring that i wanted looked at to see what the carat size was, how big the ring was size wise as well wanting to know if it were gold or platinum. Mind you I had already gone in a few days ago dressed nicely and they were more than willing to help me. However, when I showed up the lady looked down upon me, was nasty rude towards me. I wouldn't recommended this place to anyone. Stay the hell away but by all means if you want to be judge go for it.
I saw this morning that Bea's Jewelry was picked #1 in the state according to WMUR-Channel 9. And totally agree. Congrats Bea.
My experience at Bea’s Jewelers in Rochester was truly awful, and honestly one of the most uncomfortable interactions I’ve ever had with a business. I walked in with a simple question, expecting normal customer service. Instead, the owner immediately judged me the moment she looked at me. She talked down to me, acted irritated that I even walked in, and made it painfully clear she assumed I couldn’t afford what I was asking about.
