I came to this flower shop because of its high rating .... to my unfortunate luck, my flowers were not delivered and I wasn't even notified about it ! I casually asked my mom if she had liked the flowers and she was clueless of what I was talking about. What kind of business does that? One thing is to have issues with the delivery and another is to not have the courtesy to notify the customer . They were unapologetic and when I went to pick up my refund, another customer was also waiting for their refund... very disappointed... read more
