Blew a tire on an RV yesterday on 71, Bear's staff had us back rolling along in just over two hours with a brand new tire changed out. Thanks for taking care of us!
Last night we broke down on 71 S.. we have AAA and we called and they said they'd send someone right out. They sent Bears Tow to the rescue... they were quick, friendly and so helpful. We had to go back to the garage with the first driver because he'd worked all day and we were headed all the way back to Columbus. He was very kind as was the second driver. Very dissatisfied very over priced on parts and the office lady very rude
I am so thankful we found Bear's Towing when our car broke down on I-71 as we were driving from New York to Columbus just before Christmas. We had a great service experience. Everyone we spoke with introduced themselves and put us at ease. After determining the problem, the staff shared options and prices with us. I left my vehicle and the office located a part and made the repair.
