So me and my son were on our way to Grandmas house and our vehicle loss power. We were fortunate enough to make it to the gas station and safely to a parking space. We called #AAA and they sent out a truck. Larry showed up and was #Awesome !! Larry is a great guy and was extremely fast and friendly. Just needed to share our awesome experience. Thanks again Larrry!!!!
these people are highly over priced and are crooks. $400 for a towing from wooster to lodi ridiculous..very unprofessional rude staff

On way back from NY with wife and teen daughter, my truck broke down in dark and I was able limp to a truck stop near midnight. I was so lucky to be at exit with Bear's Towing who got my truck early and to their mechanic before their doors opened.....few hrs later and with full explanations and great price I was back on the road with family. If you need help anywhere near these guys, use them.....
While pulling a loaded 24 foot cargo trailer to New York state the water pump on My diesel pickup broke down just as we drove into the motel parking lot. We telephoned Bears Towing in Burbank Ohio who told us they would be there to tow us at 9:00 a.m. the next morning.They showed up as promised and had my pickup repaired and back on the road to New York by 1:00 o'clock. This place is by far the best towing company i have ever delt with, and i have delt with a great deal of them. They were very friendly and helped so much. They went above and beyond.
Said they would be there in 45 minutes an hour later called up and asked if someone was coming in lady said we get busy it is what it is somebody will be there in 15 to 20 minutes don't use this they are trash
Very rude and unreliable. They say half hour and it turned into two hours
I can't thank the Bear family enough for helping me on Christmas Day. After getting a flat on 71N. The family came to the rescue. Towed me to the shop replaced the tire and got me on my way in no time at all so I too could spend Christmas with my family! Thank you all so much! Best to you all! Hope you enjoyed the cake! �
