Just saw Jamie on travel channell winning Bartolinos Meatball Challenge
Not sure how I feel about it, went tonight for the first time and the burnt ends were delicious but Mac.cheese and sweet potatoes were at best luke warm. And I realize it is summer time but I was really turned off to all the flies that were everywhere inside. I want to like it, but I doubt I will bring the family( of 4) back and spend another $75.00 just for ok. food..I don't know I think the jury is still out with me on this one!
went for first time takeout.. food was great but was overcharged.. ordered two entrees one pork one brisket and six wings.. was charged $37 +. Gave 40 told him to keep the change.. On way home realized I only ordered 30 dollars worth of food.. guess I was unaware there's 25 percent sales tax... I guess I can say they owe me a couple of sides
The hubby outdid himself planning date night tonight! This is the best BBQ I've had since moving up north. The ribs were amazing, and the mashed sweet potatoes and BBQ Beans were probably the best I've ever had. Don't get me started on the corn bread... out of this world! Best BBQ in CT!
Hands down - the best bbq in Connecticut!
Just had dinner at the new Arch St location- delicious marbled brisket in the Burnt Ends and the sauce was peppery and superb. Yum! We will be back soon
