My experience was wonderful and my nails turned out perfect. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
I recently went to Bear Nails for a manicure for the first time, and the salon exceeded my expectations. The owners were very welcoming and kind. I am only in Morgantown for a temporary time, but I feel sad that I can't get my nails done regularly here afterwards.
