Excellent experience with Barry installing a whole house heat pump system. Good communication from beginning to end, including a service call followup a few years later. Barry remembered, had records, made a prompt diagnosis of a funny noise and remediated it with ease.
Barry called me back and came to help out with a heat pump/furnace problem the very same day I called. He was a breath of fresh air--on top of prompt service, he has an excellent knowledge base and good communication skills. He was thorough and conscientious. I thought the bill was a very fair price and his invoice included a personal note to review the service and offer ongoing help if required. I would highly recommend.

Recently we asked Barry to quote us on a project for the clubhouse in our strata. Barry spent several hours investigating the feasibility of going ahead with the installation and in the end, he advised us that it would be impractical and too costly for our aging facility.
