UPDATE they honored the warranry pur rchased a mattress 6 months ago. Sagging bad. say is has a stain. won't say where said stain is LOCATED. Purchased there mattress cover with there recommended sheets when mattress purchased. waiting for them to come back to verify stain . There is no stain. it it is where the SAG is and showed as a shadow in the picture.
Bought a Lazy boy recliner a few months ago and had the arm brake off while my husband was getting out of the chair. (fabric holding it together) It was totally off the structure. Under warranty, (paid for extended care service)we need to wait at least 4 wks for a repair, not including time, waiting for a response and someone to look at the recliner. asked for a replacement and was told warranty won't permit it. I have been shopping Bears Furniture for quite a few years very friendly atmosphere. Great customer service, when you are looking for furniture the associates give the customer time to shop without being right on top of you. They check in with you periodically to see if you have any questions. What a wonderful shopping experience.
