bears car wash – i went in for a wash. the lady was pretty rude shover menu in my face. after the was and my truck was all dry, there was something spilled all over my hood wiped across the front and spilled down both fenders. when i told them they asked me if i was sure i did not have a bra on my hood. for real?? then they asked me if i was sure i didnt spill coffee down my hood. so pretty much they aid that this spill was not from them it was from me. but before the wash it was not there hummmm. i argued with them then the... read more

Terrible job. The first guy that shoves the "menu" through the window, couldn't get off of the cell phone long enough to talk to us. The use grease pencil on your windows to mark what "menu" item you've chosen. The rinse didn't get all of the soap off, they closed my snow brush in the door and broke it, after vacuuming they put all the matts back in upside down. Took too long, left new scraches on car – I was recommended here by a friend. I rolled up about 1pm on a weekday. They estimated 1.5 hours. ok. It took them till 4pm. They never came to tell me it was taking longer. They dropped the can of wax on my car and it left a claw shaped scratch. They used some type of cleaner on my leather seats that left a white residue on my seats when they dried. I will never go back!
