I am new to the neighborhood and I had just come back from the mountains. My car was so dirty I decided to stop at Bears Carwash to get it cleaned. I had never been there before soI thought I would give it a try. When I pulled in I was greeted by a very nice gentlemen. He looked at my car and gave me some options that were best for my car. paid $20 for a wash, had to ask for a towel so I could wipe the dirt off my truck. Associates too much in a hurry to do a good job. Don't know why there are customers lined up all the time

They broke a part of my car after vacuuming it. Four weeks later they have not replaced the part after the owner and manager promised.

Awsome Experience – I just want to say what an awsome experience I had at Bear's Car wash & Detail Center. From the moment I drove in. I was greeted by a gentlemen that was very helpful with going over each service they offered. I chose the wash I wanted and the service advisor pointed out some minor scratches on my car, he told me the detail shop could buff them out, so I had them do it. Fantastic job, but bad attitudes. – I bought a Living Social Deal to Bear's, and it was really a great deal. When I took my car in at 7:30am for the interior and exterior detail, I pulled my car up to where the lines would be and turned it off to find someone. The person I talked to was rude and talked to me like I was a burden. He told me I had my car in the wrong place and he would "have" to move it. Terrible Attitude – Went in for the "Free" #11th car wash that I was told about the previous visit - the super dupper one ($20) one, but when I tried to tell this to the 1st sales woman, I receive a tirade of pitchman dialog in my face nonstop, when I ask if I could talk the woman walked off in a huff- I went inside & ask for a manager ( think I got the Janitor) who informed me that it was up the women I talked with to determine the customers needs---- Not enough space to finish this nightmare story--

Fast, Friendly, Great Service, – I had my car washed at bears a few times in the past, but I was surprised by what happened the otherday. I have a new truck, that had new scratches, on the hood and the back. I was very mad, at first, after 3 managers came by and each lended a hand they recommended, I walk through their faciltiy, to get a look at their equipment. I did, and still didnt understand how those scratches came about. After 20 minutes or so, one of the managers grabbed my car, and took it to the detail center. They ... read more

Good carwash , Great detail........ – I visit Bears once and awhile,now for a few years. I am always very impressed, on how knowledgable, the staff is when it comes to car wash and detail services. I have taken and recommend Bears to a lot of my friends who have enjoyed the work, which at times is apples to oranges, compared to others, around the city,. worst ever – spent $109.00 on detail and they forgot to do my entire back seats. I left my truck there and came back 4 hours later, then found they did not do the back, had to wait another hour and a half to get my truck and still was not a great detailed job. will never use them again.
