Gal on call today 2/18/2024 was the worst I’ve ever had in customer service. Cut me off while talking so she can take a cc number before she even bothered hearing anything else. Sighed was annoyed she had to work. Had part #’a ready and was asked 4 times before she wrote them down. .. I asked how long to meet at store as I had samples to match and make sure. She wouldn’t respond then said call you 30/45 minutes. Finally called and said she has 1/2 orders # and said we can bill you out. I asked for 5 minutes so I could contac... read more

The manager Shawn is never around when you need him. Says he will check on parts for you then never hear anything about it. What’s worse is when you call to check with him he always seems to be gone. You think a manager would be there working. Went in there 6 times one day to find my parts he ordered and was never there once. Why would they have a manager if they are never there. Poor poor customer service on his part.
