I took my necklace in since it has a year warranty. It broke after 2 months of having it, and at they first couldn't find my order took them like an hour. Then when they finally found it they told me they had to ship it to get fixed and that they would call me when it was in the store and shipped ack to them. It's been more then 2 months and I haven't heard back I've reached out to them and they just keep saying they haven't recieved it yet. Not buying from them again. Waste of my money.
