Very helpful and pleasantly knowledgeable. Took great care of the item we took in for framing and offered good advice in the many options they offer. They took the extra step of documenting information on the back of the print before covering it with the backing. Framing was completed within the projected time frame. Would definitely go there again and recommend them to others.
From the moment I walked in the door, the staff loved my picture, which made me feel like they would do the best framing possible. I brought in an older frame and asked them to take the older picture out and put in new matting and my new picture. They did a phenomenal job for me! They also removed an old picture from another frame and wrapped it so I could store that picture. All of the work was exceptional and the picture was done ahead of time! I am thrilled with my new art!
We have had several pictures framed at Beard's Framing in Tualatin. They have always come up with the perfect frame and matting, and the selection is extensive. They will always be our go to frame shop.
What a fantastic shop! We have been using this location as our only framing store because "all" of the sales reps are friendly, helpful, and informative. Their workmanship is superb and we have thoroughly enjoyed every piece of art that they have framed for us, from numbered prints and photos to family momentos. I highly recommend this shop.
We dropped off 10 pictures to be framed, 6 of which are photographic art prints that I wanted in identical frames. Each photo was a different size, which meant that each matte had to be different as well, but Jessica did a fantastic job working with our suggestions. Two weeks later the frames we're ready and they look fantastic. We will definitely be back to have more frames made, because we still have some more artwork to be hung!
