Here's how: After I paid off my balance and went in for an oil change, they tampered with something in my car to create a noise, forcing me to return for repairs. Even after I paid, the noise came back. Others in the waiting room shared similar experiences. It seems like their 5-star reviews are from their business partners, not genuine customers.

The service department at Beardmore Hyundai is horrible. I drive a red 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited. I brought my car here for a recall and Jonathan did an inspection that I didn't ask for. Telling me it will cost a little over $1,000 worth for whatever issue. So, I wasn't able to my second job as a medical courier to stay on top of bills (including rent).
