I stopped in to purchase a more comfortable seat for a Chinese e-bike that I had purchased over the internet. . I was not met with an ounce of derision, lol... I also asked about some problems I was having with the rear derailleur and the gentleman that helped me went above and beyond identifying a potentially dangerous situation and helped me find a decent solution just as a courtesy. It's wonderful to see that this kind of customer service still exists in this world ,kudos.
Jim was super helpful with helping me choose my first mountain bike as a cycling novice. He will let you test ride a few of them and makes sure your bike is the right size. Very knowledgeable about everything little thing and gave me advice on getting a bike rack. A new bike purchase also comes with free tune-ups for one year. Looking forward on hitting some trails very soon
Jim is running a great business in a relaxed atmosphere. Another employee, Frankie, was so helpful in helping me decide on a more comfortable seat for my bike. Will be back for sure!
Great people and lots of options! I've always heard good things about the "Bearden Bike Shop" so I always recommended it to my guests and visitors, but never stopped by myself. However, fast forward to yesterday when I was riding on Third Creek Greenway and noticed my handlebars were loosening on my bicycle (I had it recently transported across the States and really should've checked it before I rode it)! Very reasonably priced bike rental place right on a very scenic trail to downtown, etc. Very pleasant and helpful staff, who went the extra mile or 3 to come and change out a flat tire for me. I'll be renting from them again!
