Great service from Prime Subaru. They gave us a loaner and knocked 20% off the bill, even though we didn't buy our car there. After having a terrible experience with Premier Mazda (where we have bought a car), it was great to deal with these professionals who care about customer service.
My key fob needed a battery and they put a new one free of charge! I was so frantic about it! I’m a summer resident and did not have a spare with me. Everyone I encountered were so professional, kind and comforting to me. 🙏🏻☘️

I came in unexpected to see if I could squeeze in for a quick oil change. Heidi not only took care of me she managed to get the tires rotated too. All in under 30 minutes!! Heidi walked me to the car, shook my hank and sincerely thanked me. A very pleasant woman and an asset to the shop for sure!!! Thank you Heidi!!!
I recently bought a used Subaru here. George Costa was great and I would definitely recommend him. All the staff I dealt with were nice. No pressure like other places I've encountered. This is actually the third used car I've bought here.
