I have went to their yard twice looking for a used excavator. Could not get anyone to come outside and talk to me. When you are shopping for 150k machine you assume someone will make the effort to speak to you about it. Not this camp.

Had the most amazing experience. I sent several emails to my local Beard dealership with no reply. After a day or two I was contacted by Joe in their Mobile office. He offered to get me some information and set me on the right track. Unfortunately, nobody ever contacted me back from my local office but Joe was more than willing to help. He jumped through several hoops figuring out exactly what I needed, getting me quoted, and even got me financed all from three states away! I have always been told to be honest in your dealings with people, and they lack that greatly! Terrible experience!
Maybe the Mobile location is good but the Pensacola location is horrible. They have the absolute worst service manager.
