You are told you are going to see your unit and must pay a fee to hold it. But when you make the payment. You are told that you won't be getting that one. You will be getting another unit that is not yet ready. The new one is worse than the unit you paid to hold.

Moving here is like moving to East Cleveland. DON’T DO IT! Trash in the hallways, trash in the parking lot. There is at least 12 generations of roaches living in every building. The roaches have multiplied, gentrified and prioritized moving into every unit and these guys don’t hide. I’ve also had car break ins twice (July and August 2024). The second time they tried stealing my car. This place is shady, nasty and unprofessional. Whoever reading this you can do better than Columbus Park Apts. I promise you.
Horrible and the new management team is just as bad as the ones before do not believe they just took over and are working on things they are not STAN leasing is just as bad as Monarch and the company before them. Mold is in stair well as we speak and has been for over 2 years now. Work orders are not being handled at all. They say they are understaff but park in handicap and they find time to give tickets.
