Very friendly people making beautiful handmade West Virginia products onsite. This store is a big part of the revitalization of Main Street in Hurricane WV and is definitely worth a visit. I love my rustic WV State wall art made from an old barn near Point Pleasant WV!
Visited Bear Wood for the first time today after seeing their wonderful work at an Art Walk in Charleston. Had the most amazing experience and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond to get what I needed. I can't say enough great things about the service and products.
I bought a state of WV for a birthday present and when I moved it from my car a panhandle fell off. I brought it in and they let me exchange the state for a new one or he was going to remake a replica for me! Great customer service, impressive work, and I love that they even wrote where the wood came from on the back of the piece. I'd recommend them anytime! :)
