My daughter and I ordered a mantel first of December. We were told it would be 2 weeks. I have left 5 messages and cannot get anyone to call us back even called the Charleston store. Definitely would not recommend. I wanted to buy local instead of ordering off Amazon. I should have ordered it on Amazon at least my daughter would have got it before Christmas. Very upset...

I drove from Florida to get a coffee table for my new house. Lol. Yes literally! (You guys will know who I am!) This is better than I even expected! We ordered our wedding guest map for our guests to sign several months ago and it was so beautiful at our wedding last week. It is so well made and will look amazing on our wall. I love how it will be a constant memory of our very special wedding day! I lived in West Virginia for many years, so it was nice to have a piece of the Mountain State there on the wedding day!
I was amazed from the time I walked in until the time I left. The craftmanship of West Virginia wood products are some of the finest I have seen. the staff was very kind and informative. i walked in curious and left a big fan.
