The Pooles have retired. Under new ownership. The front desk could have told my wife that they didn't accept the insurance she has been using for the last decade BEFORE they cleaned her teeth and she racked up a $300 bill. We are retired and on a fixed income. This is financially painful. It also detracts from whatever quality of care they did provide.
Staff is great, but this place is shady. We were in network with our insurance, and somehow they charged us basically full rate for being out of network, again, when we were in network. A few cleanings and a cavity, now we owe them $1000. I would highly recommend vetting out a dentist office with more integrity. This isn't the one.

I have been going to this dentist office for about 24 years. They are very honest in the work they perform and I never worry about them charging for services they didn't do or telling you that you need something done when you don't. The office is clean. The staff and Doctors are very kind.
