Course has gone down hill!!! Played a year ago it was in great shape but this year the green were in shitty shape. It's not a 100 dollar course any more!!!
The house we stayed at was very nice and the homeowner was wonderful to work with but we will never stay in this community again. The staff at the pool area was not friendly at all. The lifeguards were rude and nasty. We will return to Bethany but not to Bear Trap Dunes.
Stayed at community for week vacation Great accomodation and facilities. Restaurant ok but bit pricey for what you got didn't play round of golf but course appeared to be in great condition. Shuttle to beach ran very efficiently and convenient. Staff attentative and prompt Would return
Im from conn. Went to maryland for golf vac. Was longing for a wow factor here but did not find it. The course was in rough shape, sure due to lak of rain.but played 3 other courses that week and they were all well maintained. Lay out of kodiak and black bear were like home but with larger bunkers. Just expecting more from a jack course.staff was great and the den food just great! May try again when they get better weather for summer.
Great course less than 2 miles to the beach. I'm a realtor in the area and all my clients rave about Bear Trap after playing it! The community is lovely as well.
