Bethanne was very unresponsive which is frustrating when you’re trying to communicate terms back and forth. Scheduling house inspections was not a smooth experience at all. (Her response to this review is completely unrelated to what I stated above. There is no excuse for not being communicative through the closing process. I’m also not an investor, I was a first time homebuyer so her response is made up and a complete lie which just really shows the type of person she is.)
Bear Real Estate Team is on another level. Their technology aka Scout, handles the busy work—lead routing, follow-ups, and task management—so you can focus on closing deals. I’ve saved hours every week and seen better results because nothing falls through the cracks. On top of that, no unnecessary fees eating into your income. Easily one of the smartest, most efficient systems I’ve seen in the real estate.
Bethanne is the best agent in Orlando—knowledgeable, trustworthy, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Bethanne and her team are truly amazing! She is super knowledgeable and always ensures everything is handled in the proper manner her and her team have helped my family and I with multiple real estate transactions and we are able to rest easy as we know all is done correctly! Bethanne is truly the best in the Orlando area and always goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy and taken care of, she is very professional and a true master of her trade. I highly recommend her and her team for all your real estate needs!
Do not sell your house with her under any circumstances!!!! We called her to buy a house and she yelled at us, did not explain anything and hung up. Absolutely inadequate agent, you will not be able to sell your house if you trust her with this matter. She misses all opportunities and offers for money. Run from her before it is too late!!!! I have a recording of her screams if anyone needs it. Her name is Bethann Baer.
