Staff is friendly & easy to deal with. Maintenance & landscaping has made huge improvements over the years. I like the sense of community and how safe it feels here.

Very much like family for sure we all look out for each other ….very easy to talk to and the maintenance and also janitorial work is up to par and also very friendly 😊
Things to be aware of before moving here: 1. There are signs saying 'Tenant parking only. Violators will be towed.' But when I reported that someone had dumped broken cars with no licence plates in my parking spots I was told they can't tow a car that's not mine. Update: Was told they're working on a fix for this. Will edit when I see this fix. 2. It's not uncommon to get notice of work being done then them never showing up.
