Things to be aware of before moving here: 1. There are signs saying 'Tenant parking only. Violators will be towed.' But when I reported that someone had dumped broken cars with no licence plates in my parking spots I was told they can't tow a car that's not mine. Update: Was told they're working on a fix for this. Will edit when I see this fix. 2. It's not uncommon to get notice of work being done then them never showing up. Do not live here. Been in location for almost seven years. Numerous issues with Boardwalk and other tenants. Multiple cases of Bedbugs in neighboring unit caused the need to pack up home over christmas and was not discussed or told about multiple treatments till place was unpacked. Home had to stay packed up till February. There doing it again(Bed BUGS) and won't resond to my wife's requests for clarifaction.
Please keep up the good work. Maintenance staff does a great job!
Amazing place to live, nice and quiet even the road is near by can't hear them at all. Been there for almost 2 years n I'm happy to say I'll be there for other 2
