Highly recommend Bear Remodeling. We worked with Maya who did a great job walking us through all of the details needed to remodel our bathroom. The team did a beautiful job with the tiling, painting and installation of the vanity, storage cabinet, fan and mirror. The bathroom looks beautiful, it is high quality work. Team worked long hours and turned the job around quickly. They also helped navigate the inspection on our behalf which was great.
During my recent experience with Bear Remodeling, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted the quality of the work. The project manager, Maya, was not adequately involved in the process, which resulted in several problems. One notable incident occurred during the installation of the bathroom vanity. The vanity was installed incorrectly, causing the countertop to protrude beyond the available space. This resulted in a notch being cut in the door casing and damage to the surrounding walls. We got what we wanted quickly; and all the people we dealt with were friendly and professional.
I just wanted to take the time to let Bear Remodeling know how happy we are with our recent garage conversion. It is no longer a garage but a great living space that the family really utilizes. The kids love the extra play area and my wife loves her new work out area. It was such a great investment and it has made our starter home really feel like it could be our forever home.
