WARNING. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired them and within 1 month they racked up numerous unnecessarily repair bills. I sent Eric gill an email stating he was fired. He stated in order to get out of the contract I would need to by him almost $5,000. No where did it state I need to pay him that to end the contract. I reported him to the Real Estate Commission which totally set him off. He now says it is up to him when the contract ends and he took Octobers rent. It is very nice place to be! The folks that work there are knowledgeable and friendly, and they have many places to renting all price points, locations, types and sizes. Its a tough business to be in, and they do a better job than most.
Great company and great people! If you have a property in the foothills, this is who you want managing it for you!
ABSOLUTE WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER!!!! my baby got ecoli from the contaminated well, it took them 10 months to fix it and at our expense. They SUCK. We’ve rented a home out of state sight-unseen 3 times in the past 8 years. With digital pictures, virtual tours, Google Earth, tax records, etc., it’s not difficult to get a fairly accurate idea of a home and neighborhood, and each time, not only have we been satisfied with our choice, the homes have been even nicer than we were expecting.
