We recently stayed here and how disappointing.Beds were so uncomfortable and the rooms are so out dated.We won’t come back.It was our go to but not anymore.The elevator stoped working with my 13 yr old in it alone! She has ptsd from that.Way over priced and the restaurants not great either.also a noise from where the mini fridge was all night So no sleep!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the Bear Mountain staff who made my day October 8th very memorable was a bucket list afternoon playing 36 holes hospitality was incredible

The property itself is beautiful, with nice views and a pleasant atmosphere. We had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, which was very good each time. The disappointments - our room was hot. The common areas were even hotter. It seems there’s no A/C in the rooms after peak summer, even if it’s hot outside. We were given a fan that rattled, but that only does so much. There was the big tub…with no drain plug, so you couldn’t fill it. Our suite had an oven… but no pans or foil to put things on, so you couldn’t use it. Little ... read more
