This gym is never busy. I enjoy the privacy of regularly having the gym almost completely to myself, especially in the smaller room. Equipment is decent. The pool and deck area are very nice. It’s a lovely relaxing atmosphere up there with Mt. Finlayson as the backdrop, eagles flying in the sky, etc. Regulars I encounter in the hot tub are very nice folks. An exceptionally clean and well-run facility with friendly, welcoming staff. The three gyms, heated pool, and hot tub provide plenty of options, and the wide variety of equipment creates a relaxed, inclusive community atmosphere for all fitness levels and ages.
I have been a member of this gym for 20 years and have always been extremely pleased with the cleanliness of both the facilities and the workout equipment. The staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, politeness, and genuine friendliness, which makes every visit a positive experience.
A well outfitted Gym with everything you could need for a good workout. Always clean, staff friendly and conveniently located with plenty of parking. Health Bar with Protein Smoothies and a Swimming pool if thats your joy. Highly recommend.
