Crucially, they were patient with me and explained everything to me. They took such good care of me. My husband and I were truly impressed by how simple and straightforward Tim and his team made the home buying process. We were first time buyers, and had heard horror stories about the lending process. Bear Mortgage was great to work with on our most recent home purchase. Everyone at the Lindsey Team were so great! Easy to work with, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They were with us every step of the way! They even were there at our closing and gave us a little house warming gift.
Tim's team was really professional, willing to answer the many questions that I had, the follow up was good and really had a streamlined process. They forgot to add my wife to the title and roll in my closing costs into my loan but not that big of a deal in the end.
