Some ways to improve Bear lodge.....Sell it to people who care about their customers. The wait staff or at least 1 lady in particular is rude and has absolutely no customer relations experience. The lady at the front desk acted like she had never seen another person in her life. the food..... I won't even get started. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
Food was horrible second time around. Would recommend a new cook, also waitress was rude and very unfriendly, didn't make eye contact with us at all. They were out of chicken fried steak, chicken pot pies and all pasta dinners. We ordered burritos and they were out in 5 mins, ice cold and absolutely disgusting. We sent them back, the so called cook microwaved them and didn't even take the lettuce and tomatoes off the plate, all mushy. Talk about taking no pride in your job and it wasn't even busy. Trust me if sitting at 8300 feet drinking an adult beverage and being surrounded by God’s Country and great people don’t reset your mind nothing will. Great place.
